From Bowie:
take 3/301 North to I-97 North to exit 10. As you exit, stay to the left and turn left at the first light, Veteran's Highway. Turn left at the next light onto Benfield Blvd. Follow through the blinking light to the stop sign and turn right on Najoles Road. Follow 0.1 mile to 216 Najoles Road, gym is the second left.
From Elkridge/Catonsville:
take Rt 100 to I-97 South to exit 10B (benfield Blvd West). Follow through the blinking light to the stop sign and turn right on Najoles Road. Follow 0.1 mile to 216 Najoles Road, gym is the second left.
From Laurel:
take Rt 198 to Rt 32. Take Rt 32 east past Fort Meade to where Rt 32 ends at I-97. Take I-97 North to exit 10. As you exit, stay to the left and turn left at the first light, Veteran's Highway. Turn left at the next light onto Benfield Blvd. Follow through the blinking light to the stop sign and turn right on Najoles Road. Follow 0.1 mile to 216 Najoles Road, gym is the second left.
From Annapolis:
Take route 50 west to I-97 North and follow to exit 10. As you exit, stay to the left and turn left at the first light, Veteran's Highway. Turn left at the next light onto Benfield Blvd. Follow through the blinking light to the stop sign and turn right on Najoles Road. Follow 0.1 mile to 216 Najoles Road, gym is the second left.
From Severna Park/ Arnold:
Take route 2 (Ritchey Hwy.) North Turn left onto Robinson Road. Follow Robinson Road to Benfield Road (Benfield Road will become Benfield Blvd). Follow over I-97 through the blinking light to the stop sign and turn right on Najoles Road. Follow 0.1 mile to 216 Najoles Road, gym is the second left.
