Advanced Open Gym

 

The test: Can you perform a round off-back handspring by yourself?

 

If so you are eligible for Advanced Open Gym! In this program, gymnasts learn fun  tumbling and flips for High School Competitions, Cheerleading, or Dance! We would also be glad to work with your child on any other competitive events they wish to work on. Our great equipment and top notch coaches allow every gymnast the opportunity to improve. We have trampolines and a TumblTrak to ensure that everyone has fun at Advanced Open Gym!
