Level 4 is the first competitive level at Docksiders. The girls train 3 days a week for approximately 12 total hours. This is a considerable change since at the previous level practices were half as long. It's also an exciting time for the gymnasts as they prepare for their first competitions. Gymnasts generally spend between 1 and 2 years at this level perfecting the skills which are the foundation for all future skills.
